Digital Printing
Our facility has the latest technology and processes for digital printing. This method is recommended for projects that need the highest quality printing for low volume runs. This method is cost-effective in terms of time and money. Since it’s a simpler process not involving plating and pre-press set-up, it delivers an efficient turn-around-time. This process is also capable for modifying images through variable data. We use laser and inkjet printers that deposit pigment or toner onto varying substrates. This method of printing produces a more vibrant, rich, and crisp color. Generally, it’s less expensive to finish the job. However, it’s used for less quantity printing compared to offset printing. Offset Printing
Our facility is equipped for offset printing. Our machines are of the highest quality using only four main colors (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black) for production. It’s also capable of producing a coated – uncoated finishing after printing. We use a plate-rubber system that transfers ink onto paper. This style of printing is used for high-volume runs specifically designed for printing catalogues, brochures, posters, and packaging. Although printing at high speeds for high quantity projects, our machines are adapted for high consistency and accurate registration. This method is cost-effective for high volume jobs. UV Printing
We offer UV printing by means offset presses, silk screening printing machines and large format equipment. UV printing process is for special projects that require instantt ink drying or printing on uncommon substrates such as wood, rough paper, plastic, and coated packages. Since it’s hard to dry ink on these materials, we use photomechanical process (using UV ink and ultra-violet light) to facilitate ink transference onto these materials. When UV ink gets exposed to ultra-violet light it evaporates instantly, hence, drying faster to get a more clean and vibrant image on these substrates. Other methods of printing cannot efficiently spread ink onto these materials like UV printing can. However, we can also use this method for conventional substrates as well for a faster delivery time. Since ink dries faster, the products can be passed on for finishing at a faster rate. UV printing also brings the capability for soft-touch & UV coating finishing. Silk Screen Printing
Silk screen printing also known as serigraph printing, is primarily used for printing on t-shirts and clothes. This method is an intricate process involving few steps in the making. They carve out the design on a screen and make pores so that ink can permeate through the silk screen onto the substrate. Since one screen frame is used for each color, multiple frames must be used for design if more than one color is needed. Designing of the pores are correlated to where the colors will be printed on. For example, if the job needs two colors, there will be two silk-screen frames designed according to where the color will be located on the material.
